Mathias Kibikas

Mathias Kibikas is a Senior Associate of Pearl Energy Investments. Mathias was an Associate with Pearl from 2018-2020 and returned to the firm in 2025. In the time between, Mathias earned his M.B.A. and worked as a Vice President for Ridgepeak Partners, an Austin-based private equity firm focused on software and tech-enabled services. Mathias began his career as an Analyst with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Global Natural Resources Investment Banking Group in Houston.

Mathias holds a B.B.A in Finance from the Business Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
